I’ve loved Mr Peck in many films — certainly TKAM is one of the best, and Atticus is the ultimate Father Figure. Another favorite is Captain Newman, MD.
But one that’s particularly special to me is the first: “Days of Glory,” where he portrays a Russian partisan. As a student of the Great Patriotic War, and a fan of Soviet films of the period, I LOVED Days of Glory.
