I’m a big fan of Audrey Hepburn and “Roman Holiday.” After she passed away, I was lucky enough to attend a screening of “Roman Holiday” where Mr. Peck and Sean Ferrer spoke of Audrey and the film. His story of his insistence on giving her star billing above the title is an example of his generosity and kindness. The “bit” he did with the “Mouth of Truth” is one of the most charming scenes in cinematic history – because of his impromptu “trick” on the young Hepburn.
I’m also a huge fan of his Atticus – he is the ONLY person who could embody this character so perfectly. Another one of my all-time favorite films- mostly due to his beautiful acting. He made everyone want Atticus as their father…
He will always remain one of my favorite actors. Love and adore him!
